About Sabrina Buccieri
Yoga has fascinated Sabrina for eighteen years and she has made it her life's mission to share it with others. As a passionate yoga teacher, Sabrina teaches group classes, individual lessons, retreats, workshops, seminars and special training courses. She ran a yoga studio in Thun for ten years and currently teaches her yoga classes and other courses in nearby Steffisburg.

Our internationally experienced team with Ursula de Almeida Goldfarb and Jay Goldfarb teaches silent Qi Gong and Tai Ji based on the ancient Chinese natural principles of Yin and Yang, combined with central Western modes of movement. Their holistic training generates the vital life force (Qi), centering, stability and balance through flexibility, trains the cardiovascular system, stimulates breathing, and strengthens both deep and surface muscles.

Dr. Josef Pilates method focuses effective training on body-perceptive relaxation, including gentle, powerful and holistic breathing movements originating in the body's core. Coordinated movement sequences are based on focusing the mind and effectivly developing strength through flow.

Sunday morning meditation offers a window to understand your spirit more deeply. Consciously taking time to listen to ourselves and using the Sunday silence, we open ourselves up to a deeper connection with our inner self.
