Our 11 modular seminar, event and meeting rooms with state-of-the-art equipment offer space for 2 to 200 people as well as direct access to the inviting outdoor area with seating facilities.
As an option, you can take advantage of our comprehensive supporting program for active breaks and sustainable team experiences. From guided mindfulness exercises and outdoor activities to CHM offers, we support you in optimally combining knowledge transfer and well-being. Whether in the seminar room, on our extensive grounds or on the lake – organize your event in an inspiring environment with sustainable added value.
The layout of the seminar wing in the main building is compact, and the rooms are directly accessible from the hotel lobby. All seminar rooms have direct access to the seminar garden and are bright and filled with natural light. This offering is complemented by our exclusive “Panorama” seminar rooms on the 3rd floor of the main building, the “Waterside Loft” in the Landhaus annex, and our cozy library.
Whether it’s a management meeting, workshop, or retreat—our unique spaces offer venues for events with up to 30 people. The “Panorama” seminar room, with its unparalleled panoramic view of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains, opens up entirely new perspectives. The high-quality furnishings, including a conference table that seats up to 14 people, create ideal conditions for meetings, management seminars, and strategic discussions. The “Waterside Loft” in the separate country house offers a slightly more unconventional setting. Its loft-like atmosphere and direct access to the spacious terrace make this room the ideal venue for creative workshops, retreats, and meetings where collaboration takes center stage. For smaller meetings or exclusive cocktail receptions, our library offers another relaxed setting.
We charge an additional room rental fee for the exclusive use of the “Panorama” and “Waterside Loft” rooms.

The size of the plenum depends on the number of participants. Larger rooms can be booked for an additional charge. We are happy to offer seminar guests special prices for overnight stays on request.

If you need sophisticated technical equipment for your event, we’re happy to collaborate with our partner, BlueMax Eventtechnics GmbH. From microphones and interpreter booths to on-site support, anything is possible. Let us know what you need—we’d be happy to arrange the technical equipment for you.
