Pause for a moment, turn your attention inwards, return fully into your own body, and simply breathe in and out. This yoga retreat will create a space that provides an insight into the world of yoga - and the beauty of life.
We start the morning yoga sessions with meditation and breathing exercises to enable a focused flow through the asanas yoga technique. The poses are sequenced carefully so the body feels stable, open, and flexible at the same time. Emphasis is placed on breathing and mindful execution of the yoga positions. Practicing yoga in the evening helps to balance out the day. We spend a little longer in the individual positions to help find an inner balance.
Yoga has fascinated Sabrina for eighteen years and she has made it her life's mission to share it with others. As a passionate yoga teacher, Sabrina teaches group classes, individual lessons, retreats, workshops, seminars and special training courses. She ran a yoga studio in Thun for ten years and currently teaches her yoga classes and other courses in nearby Steffisburg.
Rebecca Jenny has been teaching meditation for 20 years. Yoga became part of her life as she soon realised that a healthy minds require an equally healthy body. She has been teaching her very own unique style, influenced by meditation and experience, for around 6 years. All her retreats are enhanced by essential oils that scent the room - used individually or in groups.
Rebecca will lead the retreat from December 7 to 10, 2024.
